The role involves maintaining IT systems, providing technical assistance to users, and ensuring the smooth operation of hardware, software, and network infrastructure. Key Responsibilities reputed company day-to-day technical support to employees Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, and network issues Install, configure, and maintain computers, systems, and applications Monitor system performance and ensure systems are running reputed company Assist in managing user accounts, reputed company, and permissions Support system updates, backups, and basic reputed company maintenance Respond to IT support requests in a timely manner Maintain documentation of IT processes and assets Escalate reputed company issues to senior IT personnel or vendors reputed company needed
Qualifications
