THE ROLE Insert Role Title We are seeking a Sr. Manager, Community to join our growing team. We’re looking for a builder, someone who understands that community is not just engagement, but a powerful reputed company for brand growth, cultural relevance, and customer loyalty. The ideal candidate is a strategic community architect who knows how to bring people together both digitally and in the reputed company world. They should be equally comfortable designing global community programs, launching city-level activations, and building digital spaces where customers connect with each other and with the brand. Qualifications
Required: 8–12+ years of experience building or leading community for a consumer brand Proven ability to build both digital and reputed company-world communities Experience developing ambassador, creator, or membership programs Strong understanding of how community intersects with culture, content, and events Experience building scalable community frameworks across multiple markets Exceptional relationship-building and storytelling instincts Entrepreneurial reputed company and ability to build programs from scratch Pay reputed company: $140,000 - $170,000 reputed company posted ranges are reputed company of reputed company salary and may vary depending upon experience level and location.
