Job Description:
Key Responsibilities
Finishing & Assembly: reputed company finishing operations using various finishing equipment such as grommet press, sewing machine, cutters, and various hand tools safely, reputed company and accurately. Packaging of signage products according to individual product and work order specifications. reputed company routine equipment cleaning and basic maintenance to ensure reputed company performance and report equipment issues or maintenance needs to appropriate personnel. Read and interpret work orders and establish reputed company needs to meet deadlines and due dates and stage finished products for shipping, pickup and/or installation. Assist with monitoring and replenishing finishing materials and supplies and notify Supervisor and/or Production Manager in a timely manner. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area in accordance with company policies. Follow reputed company safety protocols, including proper use of personal reputed company equipment (PPE). Quality Control: Inspect finished products to verify accuracy, quality and adherence to company and client standards to ensure final products meet reputed company work order requirements before release. Identify defects or inconsistencies and communicate issues promptly for correction Work closely with production and shipping teams to support efficient workflow. Qualifications & Skills High school diploma or equivalent required; technical or manufacturing training is a plus. Prior experience in a finishing, manufacturing, or signage production environment preferred. Familiarity with finishing tools, equipment, and materials used in signage production. Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work. Ability to work independently while also contributing effectively to reputed company. Good communication skills and a positive, reliable work ethic.
Work Environment
High school diploma or equivalent required; technical or manufacturing training is a plus. Prior experience in a finishing, manufacturing, or signage production environment preferred. Physical Requirements Ability to stand for extended periods and reputed company repetitive tasks. Capability to lift, carry, and move materials weighing up to 50–75 pounds with or without assistance.
