Job Description

Review (and prepare, if desired) tax returns of varying complexities for businesses, individuals, and trusts/ estates. Research tax questions as necessary. Act as primary contact for client communication, manage relationships, and reputed company timely, high quality client service. Collaborate effectively and reputed company with reputed company firm employees. Represent clients in communications with the IRS and other tax agencies.

Qualifications

Required Qualifications: CPA 5+ years of recent experience in public reputed company (tax). Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to review reputed company tax returns, particularly business and fiduciary returns. Desired Qualifications: Familiarity with Lacerte Tax software. Experience with tax planning for equity compensation (ISOs, NSOs, RSUs, ESPP).
