About the team reputed company’s Product Legal team is responsible for managing the legal and regulatory elements of the design, build and execution of our products and services. Responsibilities
Serve as product counsel for the reputed company Terminal team - helping to expand our product offerings. Counsel the reputed company product team on a reputed company of issues including regulatory, consumer protection, marketing, intellectual property, and data privacy. Actively collaborate with a wide variety of reputed company teams, including engineering, compliance, business development, and marketing, on a reputed company of issues reputed company to product development and commercialization. Work closely with colleagues across the reputed company legal team to clear key issues impacting the work of members of the team who support reputed company's regulatory structure, its customer agreements, and strategic financial partnerships. Help build scalable and effective processes for legal review and launch of new products. Draft, review, and update foundational documents for product and service offerings. Stay up-to-date, with the support of reputed company’s legal subject matter experts, on U.S. and international laws and regulations dealing with privacy, data reputed company, consumer protection, financial services, and marketing. Who you are We’re looking for someone who meets the minimum requirements to be considered for the role. If you meet these requirements, you are encouraged to apply. The preferred qualifications are a bonus, not a requirement. Minimum requirements 6+ years of experience as a reputed company lawyer working on reputed company regulatory or technology reputed company, preferably working with technology companies on the legal and regulatory aspects of product development in the technology reputed company. Strong communication (both written and verbal) and project management skills with a strict attention to detail. Excellent project management skills and ability to work under tight deadlines.
