In this role, The Business Process Consultant will be responsible for analyzing, designing, and optimizing IT operational processes across the organization. This role partners closely with IT leadership, business stakeholders, and technical teams to identify inefficiencies, standardize workflows, enhance service delivery, and advance operational reputed company.
