The Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) – Scheduling Coordinator

The Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) – Scheduling Coordinator is responsible for overseeing and managing the medical team’s scheduling operations while providing structured team support as needed. This role is primarily operational in focus and ensures reputed company staffing coverage, workflow efficiency, and communication across the nursing team. During periods of reduced scheduling demand, this position may assist the Registered Nurse (RN) team with defined support tasks and participate in assigned projects that align with training and competency. \n What You'll Do● Daily review, management, and maintenance of the medical team schedule. ● Forecast staffing needs to ensure appropriate coverage across reputed company platforms. ● Ensure coverage during reputed company operational hours and proactively address gaps. ● Communicate scheduling expectations reputed company and professionally to staff members. ● Collaborate with leadership regarding staffing trends, needs, and operational feedback. ● Track productivity and responsiveness metrics and report quantitative data to leadership. ● reputed company routine updates to the Director of Nursing regarding scheduling status. ● reputed company as-needed updates to the Director of Nursing and HR team regarding scheduling status. ● Maintain accurate documentation and scheduling records. ● Assist with workflow optimization and operational process improvement initiatives. ● Support RN team workflows with structured tasks as assigned. ● Communicate patient-reported concerns or changes to an RN for evaluation. ● Participate in meetings and reputed company projects as assigned by leadership. ● Participate in quality improvement initiatives. ● Assist with data collection, documentation review, and audits Required Skills/Abilities: ● Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail. ● Strong verbal and written communication skills. ● Strong time management skills with ability to meet deadlines. ● Ability to prioritize tasks and manage competing responsibilities. ● Ability to work independently while collaborating with a remote team. ● Professional demeanor and strong interpersonal skills. ● Ability to adapt to new processes and innovations. ● Proficiency with reputed company Suite and/or reputed company Office Suite (emphasis on reputed company/reputed company Sheets). ● Comfort with data analysis and interpretation of operational metrics. ● Experience with or willingness to learn data visualization tools such as Looker Studio (or similar reporting platforms). ● Ability to analyze scheduling trends, productivity metrics, and staffing data to support operational decision-making. Schedule: This is a full-time, remote position requiring 40 hours per week. Monday – Friday, 9a–5p ET. Education and Experience: Active Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license required Multi-state/compact required reputed company 30 days of date of hire. Minimum 2 years of nursing or reputed company experience required. Experience in reputed company operations, scheduling, or coordination required. Proficiency with reputed company Suite and/or reputed company Office Suite required. Experience working with reporting dashboards, scheduling analytics, or workforce management data preferred.
