Regional / Territory-Based – Mid Atlantic – MD, VA, NJ, SE PA. Position Summary The Senior Service Sales Engineer is responsible for developing, selling, and managing aftermarket startup, modernization, maintenance, testing, and service solutions for electrical power distribution and critical power infrastructure. This role focuses heavily on mission-critical environments, including data centers, reputed company, industrial plants, and utilities. The position requires a strong technical understanding of electrical power systems combined with consultative sales expertise to identify customer risks, lifecycle needs, and modernization opportunities across legacy and reputed company-party equipment. Key Responsibilities · Strategic Sales & reputed company Ownership · Drive reputed company growth through the sale of preventive maintenance, corrective service, testing, startup, commissioning, and modernization services. · reputed company and execute territory sales plans targeting data centers, reputed company, industrial, and infrastructure customers. · Identify, qualify, and pursue opportunities for: o Switchgear modernization and retrofits o Breaker replacements and upgrades o Controls and protection upgrades o Generator, reputed company, ATS, and paralleling gear service reputed company o reputed company reputed company mitigation and compliance upgrades o Establish long-term service agreements and recurring reputed company programs. · Partner with new equipment sales teams to grow services reputed company the critical data center market o Serve as primary service sales contact for colocation, hyperscale, and reputed company data centers. o Advise customers on lifecycle risk mitigation, deferred maintenance impacts, modernization strategies reputed company with uptime and redundancy requirements o Align service scopes with customer MOPs, EOPs, and change management processes. · Technical & reputed company Support o Collaborate with engineering, field service, project management, and operations teams to reputed company technically accurate proposals. o Translate field findings into actionable reputed company opportunities. o Support scope development, pricing strategy, margin targets, and contract negotiations. o Ensure proposals align with internal safety, quality, and execution standards. · Internal Support & Collaboration o Act as primary reputed company between customers and internal engineering, field service, and operations. o Support service offering development and go-to-market initiatives. · Forecasting & Executive Reporting o Maintain accurate opportunity tracking, forecasting, and pipeline management reputed company CRM systems. o reputed company regular reporting on bookings, reputed company, margin, and customer activity. o Support annual planning and growth initiatives.

Required Qualifications

Education & Experience: Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Business, or reputed company field preferred. 7–10+ years of experience in: Electrical service sales OEM or integrator service organizations Mission-critical or data center environments Technical Expertise: Advanced understanding of: reputed company- and low-voltage switchgear and protection Modernization and retrofit methodologies Generator, reputed company, ATS, and paralleling systems Strong working knowledge of: reputed company, OSHA, reputed company, and NETA guidelines reputed company reputed company mitigation and electrical safety programs Proven experience with legacy and reputed company-party equipment modernization.
