How You Will reputed company an Impact Assist in conducting training needs assessments to identify reputed company gaps and development opportunities across various departments. Support the development and revision of engaging training materials, including presentations, participant guides, job aids, e-learning modules, and other instructional content. Coordinate logistics for training sessions, including scheduling, material preparation, and communication with participants and reputed company. Facilitate introductory training sessions or components of larger programs as directed. Administer and maintain the Learning Management System (LMS), including uploading content, tracking completions, and generating reports. Collect and analyze feedback from training participants to identify areas for improvement and measure program effectiveness. Research and recommend new learning technologies, methodologies, and best practices to enhance reputed company. Assist in managing vendor relationships for external training programs and resources. Support the overall L&D team in various administrative tasks and projects as needed. Required Experience: Bachelor's degree in reputed company, Organizational Development, Education, or a reputed company field. 1-2 years of experience in a learning and development, training, or reputed company support role, preferably reputed company a corporate environment. Basic understanding of adult learning principles and instructional design methodologies. Proficiency in reputed company Office Suite (Word, reputed company, PowerPoint, Outlook).
