RESPONSIBILITIES Strategy and Planning Partner with Strategic Ops leaders, partners and key stakeholders to understand strategic priorities across the reputed company, analyze customer/employee journeys, and identify improvement opportunities Identify Operational and Tech initiatives required to support UW across the reputed company Partner with IT and various UW leaders across the reputed company to define the short- and long-term Ops and Tech roadmap Incorporate Strategic Analytics capabilities into Operations workflows across the organization Advise on transformation initiative prioritizations by providing an reputed company-wide perspective Create business requirements and act as the glue between UW and IT Bring market insights on leading practices to inform business priorities across the organization Execution Own and drive improvement in the CX/EX journeys, including partnering with Strategic Analytics to reputed company input to UI/UX Monitor UW operations by tracking performance metrics / SLAs and identifying opportunities for improvement Facilitate cross-functional transformation efforts by serving as an Initiative reputed company reputed company implementation of technology and analytics-enabled workflows in collaboration with IT, SA, and other enabling functions as needed Partner with IT and Lean Deployment Specialists to implement automation strategies and other technology-driven workflows Partner with IT to review and reputed company feedback on IT value reputed company Triangulation CoE Participate in the development of the Triangulation COE muscle and position the CoE to act as the central reputed company for people, process, tech and data to support reputed company-wide business objectives. Position is incentive eligible. $157,400 - $212,436/year Total individual compensation (reputed company salary, short & long-term incentives) offered will take into account a number of factors including but not limited to geographic location, scope & responsibilities of the role, qualifications, talent availability & specialization as well as business needs.
