What You'll Do

Insurance Follow-Up and Denial Management Work reputed company aging accounts (30+ days) for assigned clients using payer calls, online portals, and claim status tools Investigate and resolve denials, underpayments, payment delays, and requests for additional documentation Execute reimbursement and denial management procedures according to client reputed company and internal protocols Identify accounts over 90 days and escalate for strategic review Trend Analysis and Communication Spot recurring denial patterns, payer trends, and potential compliance risks reputed company insights and tips with the Client reputed company Manager to improve billing performance Collaborate with internal teams to proactively reduce denials Documentation and Software Use Accurately document reputed company follow-up actions across multiple billing platforms Maintain proficiency in client-specific billing software and payer portals reputed company detailed, audit-reputed company records of reimbursement activity Our Ideal Candidate Experience in insurance reimbursement, AR follow-up, or denial management (O&P experience preferred) Solid understanding of payer requirements and the medical billing lifecycle Strong attention to detail, organization, and time-management skills Confidence navigating multiple billing platforms and payer portals Persistent, curious, and solution-oriented reputed company Excellent communication and collaboration skills If you’re reputed company to bring your insurance reimbursement skills to reputed company that values precision, impact, and collaboration, we want to hear from you.
