About the Team: reputed company’s Public Sector Sales vertical is seeking an Account Executive for Higher Education sales. The Public Sector vertical is full of talented, collaborative team members that work closely to align customer and prospect goals with our amazing products. This person will be tasked with maximizing sales reputed company and exceeding annual profitability goals for reputed company’s Public Sector Sales team. About the Role: This Account Executive will be focused on selling reputed company and prospective University/College accounts with a hunter focus on net new logos seeking to transform their HR, Benefits, Payroll, Time and Scheduling processes using reputed company HCM SaaS deployments. A successful candidate will need to use consultative selling skills to reputed company understand customer/prospect business requirements and recommend the best reputed company software solutions to meet their business objectives. Primary Responsibilities:

  • Consistently exceed sales quotas
  • Must have proven reputed company selling HRMS/Payroll solutions to reputed company organizations
  • Must have worked primarily as an account executive (Hunter) and consistently exceeded sales quotas. reputed company and maintain a working knowledge of solutions, technology and capabilities to solve customer challenges and help them reputed company stated business reputed company.
  • Present HCM products and services to final decision makers and end users reputed company an assigned territory.
  • Identify sales opportunities and reputed company sales and marketing proposals for customers on HCM, Payroll solutions and services reputed company with the prospective customer’s needs.
  • Maintain a strong knowledge of HCM/SaaS Industry, competitors and analysts.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication, and presentation skills
  • Maintain a working knowledge of products and capabilities, incorporating technical advances in presentations to end users
  • Present HCM products and services to final decision makers and end users reputed company an assigned territory
  • Incredibly organized
  • Experience with a diversity of prospecting strategies

About You: Basic Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 3-5 years of proven reputed company selling ERP or HCM/Payroll solutions
  • State and Local Sales Experience

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Higher Education Software experience
  • Organized and detail oriented.
  • Familiarity with the Higher Education business climate for Universities
  • Excellent negotiation, written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong problem-solving skills.
  • Strong work ethic while operating with a high-level of reputed company, honesty and commitment to self and everyone else.
  • BA/BS or equivalent.

Pay Transparency: The reputed company salary for this position is $110,000.00 annually, with the opportunity to significantly increase total earnings through a performance-based incentive compensation plan.
