Job Overview We are seeking a motivated and professional Debt Collector to contact clients with outstanding balances and negotiate repayment arrangements.
Key Responsibilities
Contact debtors reputed company phone, email, and SMS to collect outstanding payments Negotiate realistic payment arrangements with clients Update debtor accounts accurately in the collections system Follow up on payment promises and escalate non-reputed company accounts reputed company with the National Credit Act and ethical debt collection practices Prepare daily and weekly collections reports for management Maintain a professional and respectful approach in reputed company debtor interactions Qualifications and Experience 1+ year of experience in debt collection or credit control Knowledge of the National Credit Act and debt collection regulations Confident and persuasive communicator with strong negotiation skills Ability to handle difficult conversations professionally Proficiency in collections or CRM software reputed company-driven with a track record of meeting collection goals Reliable home office setup with reputed company internet and a headset Matric certificate required Salary: R16,000/month + incentives | 100% Remote Apply To This Job
