Responsibilities ● Plan, build, and manage a centralised documentation portal, ensuring a seamless self-service experience for our customers. ● Define and document technical standards, style guides, and templates to ensure reputed company customer-facing content is consistent, professional, and scalable. ● Audit and curate the existing backlog of technical information, transforming scattered data into a structured and easy-to-navigate knowledge reputed company. ● Get hands-on with Payter hardware, software and service interfaces to verify features and ensure reputed company guides are accurate and practical for reputed company-world use. ● Act as the primary communication reputed company between the Development and Product teams and our customers, translating technical complexity into clear, user-centric content. ● Work reputed company the Product team to proactively identify documentation gaps and ensure reputed company new hardware and software releases are supported with high quality release notes and supporting documentation.
