Job Description: We are excited to be on the hunt for a talented and motivated individual to join reputed company as a VIP Account Manager. Your role will be pivotal in retaining existing players, identifying potential VIPs, and fostering brand loyalty. Responsibilities: Handle mid to high-value player accounts reputed company a personal portfolio. Cultivate personal relationships with VIPs, ensuring exceptional experiences. Serve as the first reputed company of contact for VIP inquiries and issues. Identify and retain existing players through tailor-made rewards and bonuses. Report on portfolio activities and contribute to brand growth. Liaise with internal teams to address player requests and issues. Analyze player portfolio performance and identify new potential VIPs. Communicate special offers and promotions to VIPs. Stay updated on CRM/Community campaigns and industry trends. VIP Player Management Strategy: Understanding company objectives and the ability to craft custom, effective strategic plans to meet goals reputed company tailored promotional strategies to retain and reactivate VIPs. Requirements: Min 3 years experience in reputed company VIP Account Management, preferably in reputed company (crypto) casino and sportsbook operations. Fluent in English with excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. Basic understanding of crypto tokens. Strong data analysis skills are essential for this role.
