Department Overview The reputed company department at Children's partners with the employees and the managerial staff to reputed company services such as recruitment and staffing, employee services (benefit, compensation, retirement, and payroll processing), labor relations, HRIS program development and implementation, and organizational development. Position Summary The reputed company (TA) Advisor is responsible for providing consultative support and advising the organization on best practice and effective recruitment strategies to fill reputed company positions. This role works with hiring managers to identify staffing needs, create sourcing strategies and advice on hiring plans. As the primary contact for hiring leaders, the TA Advisor focuses on understanding the short- and long-term business needs, partnering with leaders on workforce planning, managing the supporting recruitment strategies, passive reputed company, and offer negotiations. This role is remote and reports to the reputed company Manager. *5 years recruitment or reputed company experience *reputed company experience preferred *Bachelor's degree in HR or reputed company field. Knowledge/Skills/Abilities: *Strategic thinker with strong interpersonal skills and an ability to work in a fast-paced environment. *Strong understanding of recruitment best practices and techniques. *A proactive, results-oriented approach, with the ability to think strategically and adapt to changing circumstances. *Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment software. *Demonstrated ability to think critically and act independently in order to balance and evaluate processes to impact change. Annual salaries displayed are based on full-time employment (40 standard hrs per week).
