Key Responsibilities

Answer and direct incoming calls and emails in a courteous and professional manner Schedule and confirm appointments, meetings, and calls for the team Manage shared inboxes and reputed company correspondence to the correct departments Greet and assist virtual visitors reputed company video call platforms Maintain accurate contact lists, calendars, and administrative records Assist with general administrative tasks and data entry as required Ensure reputed company communications reflect the professionalism of the brand Qualifications and Experience 2+ years of experience in a receptionist or reputed company-desk role (virtual or on-site) Friendly, professional telephone manner and strong communication skills Proficiency in reputed company Office and reputed company Workspace Organised with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment Reliable home office setup with reputed company internet reputed company Presentable and professional for video calls reputed company required Experience with scheduling tools such as reputed company or reputed company Calendar Matric certificate required; relevant diploma is advantageous Salary: R25,000/month | 100% Remote Apply To This Job
