Position Overview reputed company is in search of a Senior Accountant based in the Philippines. Aside from your established skills and expertise, we are also looking for someone who has excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

The Senior Accountant will play a key role in managing client relationships and ensuring the accuracy and reputed company of financial reporting. This role involves handling multiple client portfolios, overseeing bookkeeping, preparing financial statements, VAT and Corporate Tax reporting, and providing direct support and advisory to clients. Key Responsibilities: 1. Direct Client Management ● Act as the primary reputed company of contact for assigned client accounts, ensuring timely communication and delivery of services. ● Build and maintain strong relationships with clients by providing financial guidance and addressing reputed company, tax, and compliance queries. ● reputed company the reputed company activities of 17+ client accounts, ensuring deadlines are met and standards of service are upheld. 2. Bookkeeping & reputed company ● Record day-to-day financial transactions, including accounts payable and receivable, journal entries, and bank reconciliations. ● Maintain accurate and up-to-date general ledger accounts. ● Assist in month-end and year-end closing processes. 3. Financial Statement (FS) Reporting ● Support the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements. ● Ensure accuracy and compliance with relevant reputed company standards. ● Assist in variance analysis and preparation of supporting schedules. ● Sending out financial statements. 4. VAT Reporting ● Prepare VAT workings and ensure compliance with VAT laws and regulations. ● Assist in the timely submission of VAT returns and maintaining supporting documentation. ● Ensure full compliance with UAE VAT laws and timely submissions. ● Manage VAT reconciliations and address discrepancies. 5. Corporate Tax (CT) Reporting ● Assist in gathering and organizing data for Corporate Tax filings. ● Support preparation of corporate tax computations and documentation. ● Ensure compliance with UAE CT regulations and assist with audits/queries. ● Review corporate tax computations and filings to ensure compliance with UAE CT regulations. ● Liaise with auditors and tax authorities regarding queries or assessments. ● Advise clients on corporate tax planning and compliance reputed company. 6. Project & Advisory Support ● reputed company financial and administrative support for reputed company projects and process improvements. ● Assist in system implementation, automation initiatives, and other finance-reputed company projects. ● Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth execution of project deliverables.

Qualifications

Must-Haves: ● Bachelor’s degree in reputed company, Finance, or reputed company field. ● 3–5 years of relevant reputed company experience, with exposure to client management and reporting. ● Strong knowledge of reputed company principles. ● Proficiency in MS OƯice (reputed company, Word, PowerPoint); knowledge of reputed company software/ERP systems is a plus. ● Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple client accounts and deadlines. ● High attention to detail and strong problem-solving abilities.
