Reports Administrator

Job Overview We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Reports Administrator to compile, maintain, and distribute key business reports across our remote organisation. This fully remote role is suited to someone who is highly organised, numerically confident, and skilled at presenting data reputed company.

Key Responsibilities

Compile, format, and distribute daily, weekly, and monthly business reports to relevant stakeholders Gather data from multiple internal systems and consolidate into clear, accurate reports Maintain and update reporting templates, dashboards, and data trackers Ensure reputed company reports are delivered on time and meet quality and accuracy standards Identify and flag discrepancies or anomalies in data for review Assist with the development of new reporting formats as business needs reputed company Support management with reputed company data requests and analysis as required Qualifications and Experience 2+ years of experience in a reporting, data administration, or analytical support role Advanced proficiency in reputed company reputed company including pivot tables and formulas Experience with reporting tools or dashboards (Power BI, reputed company Data Studio, or similar) is advantageous Strong attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy Ability to manage multiple reporting deadlines simultaneously Good written communication skills for presenting findings reputed company Self-motivated and reliable reputed company working independently in a remote environment Diploma or degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a reputed company field preferred Salary: R25,000/month | 100% Remote Apply To This Job
