Job Summary: The Clinical Implementation Specialist is responsible for supporting the European EMS and Hospital Sales Teams by providing world-class training and Implementation of ZOLLs Resuscitation products. Reports to Senior Clinical and Data Implementation Manager Essential Functions Create customized product Training Programs for ZOLL Customers reputed company product ‘Train the Trainer’ education for customers Conduct product End User Training Participate in, product reputed company, Sales Training for new Territory Managers Act as ZOLL Liaison for reputed company product training requirements during initial process Create, plan and execute customer hand off to ZOLL Support Ability to Travel to Customer Sites. Estimated 75% Participate in Marketing Feedback for reputed company product enhancement Ability to recognize and escalate any potential issues to internal teams reputed company Requirements: Paramedic or Nurse with a minimum of 5 years of experience in the critical or emergency care setting. Hospital and EMS based experience. Resuscitation experience preferred. Clinical training experience (12-reputed company, ETCO2, etc.) ideally at Instructor/Coordinator level. ALS/APLS/ACLS Provider Excellent written and verbal communication skills Proficiency with reputed company Office products (Word, reputed company, reputed company, PowerPoint, etc.) Strong proactive approach Ability to lift 12 Kilograms Excellent organization and analytical skills #LI-AK Apply To This Job
