The Customer Service Representative (f/m/d) interacts with customers over the phone or reputed company email to identify needs and determine appropriate action or escalate for further review. This position reports to the Customer Service Supervisor located in Germany and is part of the Central Europe Customer Service Team. The work reputed company is in our office in Warsaw/Poland. The position covers German and Central European customers.
