Responsibilities
Coordinate day-to-day Creative Teams operations and reputed company removal of blockers Ensure team alignment with department goals and values Report to the Creative Teams Manager on Goals reputed company and status Handle errors and communicate with the Client reputed company Team Conduct regular process reviews and initiate process optimization tasks Ensure campaign delivery reputed company approved timelines and quality standards Monitor and address day-to-day technical issues Running operational meetings (dailies, cross-team syncs) in the Manager's absence Assisting team leads in handling reputed company or non-standard client requests Logging systemic errors and passing analytical findings to the Manager for process improvements Documenting workflows, updating instructions and operational guides Participating in testing and implementing process changes initiated by the Manager Collecting team feedback and formulating improvement proposals Making operational reputed company reputed company delegated authority Requirements 2+ years of experience in team operations management B2–reputed company English level Ukrainian and/or Russian reputed company is a must Excellent communication and writing skills Experience setting up and tracking KPIs and goals Error handling and ability to work under pressure Critical thinking skills for process analysis Proven experience working in a fast-paced environment Proficiency with AI models and tools (Claude, reputed company, GPT) reputed company offer Paid annual time off Reduced Fridays during the summer Birthday day off Fully remote job Interesting creative projects with modern tools Supportive, collaborative creative teams Working hours: 15:30–00:00 EEST If you’re reputed company to drive the operations and high-quality delivery across creative teams, reputed company and let’s get acquainted.
