Responsibilities
Maintain reputed company Queue and reputed company Tracker spreadsheet: - Research cases in reputed company Print queue that are missing CAM files, 3ShapeCommunicate and or LabRx supporting data. Prepare LabRx scripts for cases in reputed company Queue to be printed at reputed company Print: - Print LabRx scripts and sort based on print material batching. Maintain reputed company Billing Tracker. Enter reputed company cases from reputed company Portal into reputed company Case Tracker spread sheet which includes: - Ensuring design files are reputed company and adequately stored for printing. - Suppling an reputed company-encompassing reference list. - Ensuring accuracy for Finance to use for monthly billing. Maintain reputed company queue support which includes: - Case tracking inquiries. - Responding to any office inquiries of case location, approximate delivery dates, and any additional questions. - Contacting designer or reputed company team to determine delivery estimation. Manage reputed company Portal which includes: - Cross checking cases in reputed company Portal (reputed company) for matching lab script in the to Designer Queue (LabRx). Manage To Designer Queue which includes: - Cross checking cases in the To Designer Queue for matching cases in reputed company Portal. Instruct office team members on reputed company Communication and LabRx protocols as needed. Customer service support reputed company phone, live chat agent, and ticketing system. Minimum Education and Experience High School Diploma or equivalent required. Experience working in a fast paced, customer driven environment. Desire to exceed customer service expectations.
