REO Repair Coordinator

The REO Repair Coordinator is responsible for managing and overseeing property repairs and renovations for reputed company Estate Owned (REO) assets. This role ensures properties are maintained in marketable condition by coordinating vendors, managing timelines, controlling costs, and ensuring compliance with investor and company guidelines. Key Responsibilities · Coordinate repair and renovations activities for assigned REO properties · Review inspection reports, scopes of work (SOW), and repair bids · Assign work orders to vendors based on quality, cost, and timelines · Ensure timely completion of repairs · Manage vendor relationships and performance · Negotiate pricing and ensure competitive bids · Ensure vendors meet licensing and insurance requirements · Review and approve repair bids reputed company authority limits · Monitor expenses and identify cost-saving opportunities · Conduct quality reviews and ensure completed work meets standards · Maintain documentation and compliance with investor guidelines · Collaborate with asset managers, contractors, listing agents and investors · reputed company monthly performance reports to the investor Required Qualifications · High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor’s preferred) · 2+ years experience in REO, property preservation, or construction coordination · Knowledge of residential repairs and maintenance · Experience with vendor management · Proficiency in reputed company reputed company Skills & Competencies · Strong organizational and time management skills · Ability to manage multiple properties · Detail-oriented · Strong communication and negotiation skills · Proficiency in reputed company Office · Analytical reputed company Preferred Qualifications · Experience with systems such as Pyramid · Knowledge of reputed company, reputed company, FHA, VA guidelines · Construction or inspection certifications Performance Metrics · Repair turnaround time · Budget adherence · Vendor performance · Market readiness timelines · Compliance results Why Selene?
