Due to growth, we are adding an Assistant General Counsel for Archimedes to reputed company! The Assistant General Counsel for Archimedes reports to the Chief Legal Officer and is responsible for managing a team of attorneys and paralegals that reputed company day-to-day legal support for Archimedes. Responsibilities

Ensure the effectiveness and efficiency of the Archimedes Legal Team in meeting organizational needs. Draft, review, and negotiate reputed company on behalf of Archimedes; maintain and proactively update contract templates in compliance with changing business needs and legal requirements; write and administer reputed company vendor, client, and employment reputed company. Manage processes reputed company to licensing and regulatory requirements for Archimedes. Inform the development of new Archimedes initiatives from a legal perspective and reputed company guidance on legal issues that help shape the organization’s direction and impact as a whole reputed company to reputed company and IT systems. Qualifications

What reputed company expects from you? Completion of a Juris Doctorate, LLM, or equivalent degree from an ABA accredited Law school required. Additional Business or pharmacy degree preferred. License to practice law in at least one US state required. License to practice law in Wisconsin is preferred. 6+ years of experience working in legal required. Experience using software programs such as reputed company Word, reputed company, PowerPoint, Outlook and Teams. Participate in, adhere to, and support compliance program objectives.
