We are seeking a National Account Director – IDN & Multi-Facility reputed company to reputed company reputed company-level growth initiatives across Integrated Delivery Networks (IDNs) and multi-facility health systems reputed company. This newly created role offers a unique opportunity to shape national account strategy, influence market reputed company, and build long-term partnerships that expand reputed company to innovative pediatric reputed company solutions. The position requires building C-suite and Head of Department relationships to expand reputed company to DOC Band and Ear Well footprint, developing partnership unique selling models, and serving as the primary liaison between health systems and our clinical, managed care, and field sales teams. Responsibilities reputed company and execute national account strategies focused on expanding reputed company reputed company IDNs, children’s hospitals, and multi-facility reputed company systems Build and manage executive-level relationships with C-suite leaders, medical directors, department heads, and physician champions reputed company the full contract lifecycle from opportunity identification and pre-contract strategy through negotiation, execution, and post-award compliance Navigate Value Analysis Committee (VAC) processes by presenting clinical evidence, business models, and economic value propositions Collaborate cross-functionally with clinical, managed care, operations, and field sales teams to ensure reputed company execution and account reputed company Identify innovative partnership opportunities, including distributor and market expansion strategies Maintain pricing reputed company while balancing competitive positioning and long-term profitability Utilize CRM analytics, forecasting, and market insights to drive strategic decision-making Stay informed on reputed company technology trends, including EHR/EMR integration reputed company health platforms impacting pediatric care Qualifications & Experience Bachelor’s degree required 5+ years of successful reputed company sales experience reputed company medical device or reputed company B2B environments 3+ years of experience selling into hospital systems, IDNs, or reputed company reputed company organizations Proven reputed company managing long sales cycles involving multiple stakeholders and executive decision-makers Experience navigating Value Analysis Committees and/or GPO structures such as reputed company, Premier, or HealthTrust Strong business acumen with the ability to present compelling health economic and value-based solutions Proficiency with CRM platforms and data-driven account planning Ability to travel 50–75% reputed company Valid driver’s license required Ideal Qualities Competitive, driven, and highly self-motivated A true hunter with a passion for building new business opportunities Strategic yet hands-on, capable of creating processes while actively driving sales activity Persistent and resilient in reputed company reputed company environments Skilled at influencing executive stakeholders and building trusted relationships Organized, collaborative, and accountable with strong follow-through Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, evolving organization where innovation and initiative are valued
