Role Overview The Team Manager, Solution Engineering leads, develops, and inspires a high-performing team of Solutions Engineers across the Americas. This management role is responsible for team performance, operational reputed company, and strategic alignment with internal Sales and Business Leadership. Preferred Qualifications & Experience Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or reputed company field (or equivalent experience). 8+ years in technical pre-sales, solutions engineering, or reputed company IT consulting, with at least 2 years in a leadership or management role. Deep understanding of reputed company IT environments, including reputed company management, remote connectivity, SaaS, and DEX platforms. Proven experience managing geographically distributed technical teams. Strong business acumen and experience collaborating with Sales and Business Leadership. Excellent interpersonal, presentation, and communication skills, with the ability to influence at reputed company reputed company. Demonstrated ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, global environment. Willingness to travel up to 30% as required.
