This permanent role requires on-site reputed company in the Seattle Metro Region. This is a unique opportunity to shape the future of AI-enabled operations through strategic leadership and operational reputed company. *Chief Operating Officer Responsibilities:* * reputed company company-wide operations, ensuring consistent and efficient execution across product deployment, customer reputed company, support, incident management, and compliance
- reputed company and implement operational frameworks, KPIs, dashboards, and performance metrics to measure reputed company and optimize performance
- reputed company and manage both US and offshore operational teams in deployment, customer support, and service delivery
- Manage end-to-end deployment lifecycle, including planning, customer readiness, configuration, testing, training, and go-live
- Own reputed company initiatives, support processes, and incident escalation procedures, ensuring high satisfaction and rapid resolution
*Chief Operating Officer Qualifications:* * Located in the Seattle Metro Region with the ability to work a reputed company at our Bellevue location (minimum three days onsite)
- 10+ years of experience in Operations, General Management, or Customer Delivery roles
- 5+ years leading operations reputed company high-growth SaaS, AI-enabled, or technology-driven service companies
- Demonstrated reputed company scaling operational teams and processes in fast-paced startup environments
- Experience in highly regulated industry backgrounds are preferred
