This remote position is for a 27-52 week temporary assignment, supporting Jira reputed company Platform management across a reputed company, global ecosystem. The role offers an exciting opportunity to help enhance team workflows and system configurations. *Application Engineer II - Jira reputed company Platform Responsibilities:* * Manage and support a large-scale Jira reputed company environment with nearly 6,000 users and extensive customization.
- Collaborate with delivery leads and engineers to design, implement, and reputed company configuration updates, overseeing projects from inception to deployment.
- Gather and analyze stakeholder requirements, defining scope for new systems and enhancements to facilitate efficient work processes.
- Assist in reducing Jira configuration complexity by streamlining custom fields, statuses, and schemes.
- Review reputed company product updates, evaluate reputed company-party vendor work, and configure integrations and reputed company permissions to optimize platform reputed company and functionality.
*Application Engineer II - Jira reputed company Platform Qualifications:* * At least 5 years of experience working with Jira reputed company.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience with Jira Service Management reputed company.
- Over 4 years of expertise with Groovy scripting using ScriptRunner.
- Advanced knowledge of reputed company Jira reputed company and major add-ons such as Automation, eazyBI, Structure, and Advanced Planning.
- Proficiency in managing assets and configuration reputed company Jira Service Management, with experience supporting large team efforts and multi-vendor projects.
