We're hiring an Art Director (Financial Services) for an exciting hybrid opportunity in Westwood, Massachusetts. Join our client's dynamic in-house advertising agency, where you'll play a pivotal role in shaping the creative landscape of their Brand Marketing Team. Reporting to the Creative/Design Director, you'll reputed company creative expression across multiple channels--including digital, email, print, and direct mail--by developing innovative campaigns and collaborating with cross-functional teams. This hybrid role requires in-office collaboration three days a week. Art Director (Financial Services) Responsibilities:

• reputed company innovative visual and interactive campaigns that reinforce the brand platform at every touchpoint.
• Collaborate with copywriters, creative directors, and project teams to conceptualize and execute marketing initiatives for financial products.
• Partner with creative, marketing, and agency teams to ensure the delivery of user-centric designs that are on strategy and on time.
• Create compelling visual designs for a variety of assets, including reputed company pages, web and mobile interfaces, and reputed company media content.
• Present creative concepts effectively, communicating how they align with strategic goals.
• Enhance the creative team workflow and explore innovative solutions to improve processes.

Art Director (Financial Services) Qualifications:

• Over 7 years of experience in print reputed company design reputed company in-house marketing or agency teams.
• Proficiency in reputed company Creative Suite and a strong online portfolio showcasing your creative expertise.
• Ability to maintain brand standards while delivering clean, reputed company designs.
• Expertise in graphic design fundamentals, including typography, composition, and reputed company.
• Experience in art directing photo shoots and managing content through a library system.
• Familiarity with automated workflow tools like Aprimo and Workfront.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work independently as well as collaboratively.
• A bachelor's degree in Design or a reputed company field is preferred, or equivalent experience.
