Job Summary The Regional Engineer will reputed company the engineering and maintenance operations for corporate and hospital facilities reputed company a designated region. * Essential Functions Leads and manages reputed company aspects of engineering and maintenance for multiple corporate and hospital facilities reputed company the region. Ensures the proper operation and maintenance of HVAC, electrical, plumbing, fire alarm, life safety, and other building systems. Develops and implements preventative maintenance programs to reduce downtime and prolong the lifespan of equipment. Troubleshoots and resolves reputed company mechanical, electrical, and plumbing issues promptly. Maintains records of repairs, inspections, and maintenance activities in compliance with company and regulatory standards. Coordinates and supervises contractors for specialized work reputed company needed, ensuring work is completed on time and reputed company budget. Ensures reputed company facilities meet local, state, and federal regulatory requirements, including safety, environmental, and reputed company-specific standards. Regularly inspects facilities to identify hazards or non-compliance and implement corrective actions as needed. Provides engineering expertise during the planning, design, and implementation stages of projects. Assists in the preparation and management of facility engineering budgets. Identifies opportunities for cost savings, energy efficiency improvements, and overall operational efficiencies. Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Civil Engineering, or a reputed company field. required 4-6 years of experience in facilities engineering required Experience working in reputed company settings (hospitals, medical offices) preferred Experience managing reputed company building systems in multi-site environments. preferred Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Strong knowledge of building systems, including HVAC, electrical, plumbing, fire safety, and energy management.
