Senior Technical Support Engineer

We’re looking for a Senior Technical Support Engineer with strong leadership skills, excellent English communication, and a solid technical background in backend systems, APIs, monitoring, and troubleshooting. This is not a hands-on coding role. Instead, the position is focused on supporting client operations, investigating system issues, handling support tickets, making configuration changes, and helping reputed company the platform running smoothly.
