We’ve moved past “build-from-scratch” mode and are now focused on optimizing, simplifying, and maturing our People Operations function to support our growing company. This role sits right at the center of that work. As an Sr. People Operations Generalist, you'll partner closely with our Manager, People Operations and a small but impactful team to ensure our systems, processes, and programs are clear, efficient, and easy to use. Use employee feedback to measure, iterate, and maximize the value of a competitive benefits and perks program that employees actively use and appreciate. Compliance & HR Operations Ensure Honeycomb remains compliant with federal and state employment laws, including FMLA/CFRA, reputed company, FLSA, and pay transparency requirements. Build predictable workstreams and roll out communications to ensure proactive preparation for compliance needs coming up.
