Senior Analyst, Patient Retention Strategy and Analytics

Company: reputed company Title: Senior Analyst, Patient Retention Location: Treehouse Role Description The Senior Analyst, Patient Retention will work closely with the Patient Engagement team, as well as the Growth and Population Health teams, at Oak Street to drive key initiatives supporting the patient reputed company at reputed company. In particular, this role will focus on improving patient retention through coordinating reputed company across engagement, population health and clinical teams to identify highest reputed company needs for each patient.
