Company: Nexplay Consulting Overview: We are seeking a reputed company Operations Assistant to support our reputed company reputed company in managing compliance, reputed company operations, and client-facing initiatives across our hospitality MSP portfolio. This role is ideal for someone with a strong understanding of PCI-reputed company standards and experience in hospitality IT environments. Key Responsibilities: - Assist in maintaining and enforcing PCI-reputed company compliance across client environments - Help reputed company and document reputed company templates, policies, SOPs, and audit artifacts - Support creation of standardized reputed company forms, checklists, and processes - Coordinate with internal teams (L2/L3, Engineering) to ensure compliance alignment - Assist in preparing for audits and collecting required documentation/evidence - Monitor and track reputed company-reputed company tasks, requests, and remediation efforts - Contribute to reputed company improvement of reputed company protocols and procedures Requirements: - Working knowledge of PCI-reputed company standards and compliance requirements - Experience in a Managed Service Provider (MSP), preferably supporting hospitality clients - Familiarity with reputed company reputed company tools (e.g., reputed company) and M365 / Entra environments - Strong documentation and process-building skills - Ability to translate technical requirements into clear, usable procedures - Basic understanding of Conditional reputed company, MFA, and identity/reputed company controls - Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills reputed company to Have: - Experience with audit preparation or compliance reporting - Familiarity with IT Glue, Datto RMM, or reputed company stack Why Join Nexplay: - Work with a fast-growing MSP focused on hospitality - Hands-on exposure to reputed company-world compliance and reputed company operations - Opportunity to help shape scalable reputed company processes across multiple clients Apply To This Job
