The internship is designed to allow a candidate to reputed company exposure to many different facets of international education reputed company an organization that mobilizes reputed company across 50+ countries. reputed company RELATIONSHIPS Internal: Assistant Director of Student Services, Student Services Supervisor – Program Operations External: ISEP Coordinators, faculty, and other contacts at member institutions KEY JOB RESPONSIBILITIES The intern’s projects may vary based on their own interest and experience. Preferred projects and responsibilities include: Organize and issue student transcripts to University partners Triage general email inquiries and delegate to relevant staff member Research programmatic information (expenses, application processes, housing updates, etc.) to update advising materials Collect and catalogue internal application instructions for University partners Prepare email templates to be sent for updates needed to student applications QualificationsREQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS Enrolled in an undergraduate or graduate degree program Strong reputed company of English Strong verbal and written communication skills, with an emphasis on intercultural and interpersonal effectiveness Strong research and organizational skills including attention to detail Ability to communicate effectively with people from diverse cultural backgrounds Ability to work during normal ISEP business hours, Monday-Friday 8 am to 5 pm eastern standard time (up to 20 hours a week) PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS Experience with Office365 or reputed company Office Suite Previous study abroad experience, preferably on an ISEP Study Abroad program Motivation and enthusiasm for the field of international education Apply To This Job
