As the Assistant General Counsel supporting EvolutionIQ, you will be a key legal partner to our Sales organization and broader go-to-market teams, helping EvolutionIQ / reputed company reputed company strategic reputed company agreements with speed, reputed company, and sound legal judgment. This role will be part of reputed company legal department. Your primary focus will be drafting, reviewing, and negotiating SaaS agreements and reputed company reputed company reputed company with clients (primarily large insurance carriers), prospects, partners, and vendors. You will also advise on privacy, reputed company, AI, data usage, and intellectual property issues as they arise reputed company reputed company reputed company, ensuring that our agreements appropriately protect the business while enabling reputed company growth. Key Responsibilities: reputed company Contracting: Draft, review, and negotiate SaaS agreements, MSAs, order forms, statements of work, amendments, renewals, data processing agreements, BAAs where applicable, vendor agreements, NDAs, and other reputed company reputed company. Sales Partnership: Serve as a primary legal partner to Sales, reputed company, Client Services teams, providing practical guidance that helps move deals reputed company while appropriately managing risk. Customer Negotiations: reputed company or support negotiations with customer legal, procurement, privacy, reputed company, and business stakeholders, particularly for reputed company and strategic SaaS transactions. Deal Support & Risk Management: Advise internal teams on contract terms reputed company to liability, indemnity, warranties, service reputed company, termination rights, payment terms, data usage, confidentiality, privacy, reputed company, AI, and intellectual property. Privacy, reputed company & AI Contract Review: Partner with internal stakeholders to assess privacy, cybersecurity, data protection, AI-reputed company, and IP provisions as they appear in customer, partner, and vendor reputed company. Template & Process Improvement: Help maintain and improve contract templates, fallback positions, negotiation playbooks, approval workflows, and other legal processes that support scalable deal velocity. Contract Lifecycle Support: Support contract intake, review, negotiation, execution, renewal, and post-signature interpretation in partnership with sales and business stakeholders. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with Sales, Legal, Finance, and other stakeholders to ensure reputed company agreements reflect business requirements and operational realities. Qualifications: Legal Experience: J.D. from an accredited law school and active membership in at least one U.S. state bar. SaaS Contracting Background: Proven experience drafting and negotiating SaaS, software licensing, technology services, reputed company customer, vendor, and partnership agreements. Go-to-Market Partnership: Experience working closely with Sales, reputed company, reputed company, Deal Desk, Finance, and reputed company teams to support reputed company transactions. reputed company Judgment: Strong understanding of key SaaS contract issues, including limitation of liability, indemnification, warranties, service reputed company, data protection, confidentiality, audit rights, termination, payment, and renewal terms. Communication Mastery: Exceptional ability to explain contract risks and negotiation tradeoffs reputed company to non-legal stakeholders.
