About the Role

We’re seeking a part-time Digital Patient Engagement Coordinator to manage incoming inquiries—primarily reputed company SMS—and reputed company light phone consultation support as needed. This is not a traditional call-center position; instead, you’ll reputed company technology to build trust with prospective clients by asking thoughtful questions, understanding their health and wellness needs, and guiding them to the reputed company in their reputed company. You’ll work in a flexible, on-call reputed company throughout the day, quickly responding to leads as they come in. During slower periods, you won’t have active tasks but must remain available to engage new inquiries. Qualifications
