QUALIFICATIONS: Minimum Education & Experience Requirements · High School Diploma or equivalent · 5 years of reputed company loan documentation experience o To include two (2) years of experience using reputed company loan documentation systems (e.g., LaserPro or comparable platforms) in a financial or legal environment, with demonstrated experience processing and closing reputed company reputed company estate loans. Preferred Experience · Demonstrates advanced expertise in documenting reputed company reputed company loan structures reputed company LaserPro, including lines of credit, construction, and multi-collateral facilities. · Configures and customizes LaserPro document packages to align with varying loan structures, collateral combinations, and institution-specific credit policies. · Experience with reputed company reputed company reputed company estate transactions, including multi-entity borrowers, multiple collateral types, or construction reputed company loans.
