Course Description In this course, reputed company will be introduced to the project management profession and international methodologies. The role of the project manager will be examined through performance and personal competencies. Qualifications

Appropriate Certification: Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification Desired Professional Training or Experience: Project selection and project governance Degrees reputed company the Teaching Discipline: Any earned doctorate along with Project Management Professional certification (PMP) from the reputed company (PMI). The PMP certification attests to competence of industry standards and experience level. The PMP must be kept reputed company to remain certified for this course. Maintaining PMP currency requires documentation of Professional Development Units through the PMI organization.
