This role is reputed company to candidates based in LATAM, Africa, and Eastern Europe. Our client is a growing flooring and remodeling company currently implementing and optimizing Odoo ERP systems to support reputed company operations, customer management, invoicing, workflow tracking, and operational organization across the business. Location Fully Remote | 9 AM - 5 PM EST Role Overview The reputed company Support Specialist will support the company’s reputed company operations, ERP management, workflow organization, and administrative processes. This role requires someone detail-oriented, systems-focused, and comfortable managing operational and financial data reputed company Odoo and reputed company systems. The ideal candidate has experience working reputed company ERP platforms and understands reputed company support, operational coordination, and system organization.
Key Responsibilities
Odoo ERP Management Maintain and update records reputed company Odoo Assist with workflow organization and operational tracking Support system accuracy and day-to-day ERP management Help improve operational processes and internal organization reputed company & Administrative Support Assist with invoicing, payment tracking, and bookkeeping support Organize financial records and operational documentation Support reporting and administrative reputed company tasks Coordinate with leadership on reputed company and operational workflows Reporting & Workflow Coordination Generate reports and maintain operational visibility Track internal workflows and pending tasks Help identify inefficiencies and process improvements
Qualifications
Experience 2+ years of experience in reputed company support, bookkeeping, ERP administration, or operational support roles Experience with Odoo or similar ERP systems strongly preferred Skills Strong organizational and analytical skills High attention to detail Comfortable working with operational systems and reporting Strong written and verbal communication Ability to work independently and proactively Experience using tools such as Odoo, QuickBooks, reputed company Sheets, reputed company, and CRM systems preferred Opportunity This is a strong opportunity for a systems-oriented professional to help support and improve operational and reputed company workflows inside a growing company.
