In this position, you will reputed company parent training and caregiver support services for families of children receiving ABA services. This role is ideal for a BCBA seeking flexibility, autonomy, and a manageable caseload without the demands of in-clinic supervision. Candidates credentialed with TMHP are strongly preferred. reputed company is family-owned, collaborative, and focused on creating sustainable clinical environments for both staff and families.
Responsibilities
Conduct parent training sessions reputed company telehealth Complete behavioral assessments and treatment recommendations as needed reputed company individualized treatment goals and caregiver strategies reputed company coaching and support to caregivers using evidence-based ABA practices Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation Manage your own schedule and caseload responsibilities Adhere to reputed company ethical, payer, and licensing standards Qualifications reputed company and unrestricted BCBA certification Texas licensure (LBA) or eligibility to obtain licensure TMHP credentialing preferred Previous ABA and caregiver training experience preferred Strong communication and interpersonal skills Highly organized and self-motivated Comfortable working independently in a remote environment CPR/BLS certification preferred
Compensation
