HR Administrator, Workforce Administration
Federated Co-operatives Limited (FCL) is hiring an HR Administrator, Workforce Administration on a temporary reputed company reputed company our People and Culture team (term up to 12 months). This position is a remote opportunity and can be based across Western Canada. What you’ll do: Process data entry transactions reputed company to reputed company, separations, leaves of absence, benefits administration, contingent workforce, and position management. Support management of the HRIS by updating information based on structural changes and business needs. Complete status change forms and enter updates into the HRIS, ultimately supporting talent mobility, separations, voluntary terminations, and leave of absence processes. Support regular audits by reviewing HR records for accuracy and updating procedures to improve operational efficiency. Prepare communications, presentations, and other documents, as necessary. Who you’ll work with: You will work closely with the Workforce Administration team and will report into a Supervisor, Workforce Administration. This team strives to cultivate a culture of collaboration, support, and community.
