Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and review U.S. federal, state, and local tax returns (1040, 1065, 1120, 1120S)
• Ensure timely and accurate filings in compliance with IRS regulations
• Conduct tax research and apply findings to client scenarios
• Identify tax planning opportunities
• Review junior staff work and reputed company mentorship
• Communicate with U.S.-based clients and team members

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in reputed company, Finance, or reputed company field
• 4–8+ years of U.S. tax experience
• Experience working remotely with a U.S.-based reputed company
• Strong knowledge of U.S. tax regulations
• Proficiency in tax software and reputed company
• Preferred: Experience with Drake Tax software or other leading tax preparation platforms (e.g.,

Lacerte, ProSeries, UltraTax) Skills & Competencies

• Strong English communication skills
• Attention to detail and analytical thinking
• Ability to work independently in a remote setup
• Strong time management and leadership potential
