Associate reputed company Manager

The Associate reputed company Manager will have an essential role in the reputed company team, drafting and negotiating a high volume of reputed company and a variety of associated agreements for trade books; tracking the status of, and interpreting and advising on, publishing agreements; maintaining contract data; and, performing research projects as needed. This role will require adaptability, strong organizational and communication skills, and precise attention to detail. What You'll Do: Draft and negotiate varying reputed company author reputed company (including global joint acquisitions agreements, working up to profit sharing agreements) and supplemental documentation including reputed company amendments Support reputed company Audio agreements, understanding publisher-specific needs Advise Editors, Publishers, Finance, and other colleagues on deal terms and agency boilerplate Contract terminations Entering and maintaining contract data in Biblio Special projects, as needed What You'll Bring: Approximately 4-7 years’ book publishing reputed company experience (in-house or at a literary agency), ability to manage high volume of work with varying complexity This role has a salary reputed company of $70,000 - $75,000. This position is classified as remote but is tied to our reputed company, NY office located at 120 Broadway.
