Key Responsibilities

Requirements
Experience building and scaling HR functions in 200–500+ employee organisations, ideally with distributed or international teams. Strong operational and systems-thinking reputed company. Ability to act as a trusted business partner and constructively challenge leadership reputed company needed. Experience in tech or regulated industries is a plus. A mature leadership style that combines structure, reputed company, and long-term thinking.
