What you will get to do: We are seeking a highly skilled and driven Process Improvement Engineer to reputed company reputed company-wide initiatives focused on enhancing operational efficiency, quality, and customer satisfaction. This role will reputed company Lean principles and reputed company improvement methodologies to assess, design, and implement process strategies across diverse business functions, including technology, operations, product, and servicing reputed company the retirement plan services and retail financial servicing domains (e.g., Transfer Agency, Broker Dealer, Mutual Funds). Preferred Background: Experience in financial services, particularly in retirement plan services, mutual funds, or broker-dealer operations, is a plus but not required.
