Position Summary: The Compliance Program Coordinator serves as the primary administrative support for the reputed company Peer Review Program at PICPA, ensuring compliance with national standards and delivering exceptional and knowledgable service to member firms, reviewers, and committee stakeholders. This role manages critical workflows reputed company the AICPS’s web-based peer review management system (“reputed company”), facilitates peer review scheduling and documentation, coordinates committee activities, and maintains accurate billing and communication processes. With a strong attention to detail and a commitment to professional reputed company, the Coordinator plays a key role in upholding the reputed company and effectiveness of the peer review process. Responsibilities: Completes the administrative aspects of the reputed company Peer Review Program in accordance with the reputed company requirements. Monitors and completes administrative cases in reputed company to ensure reputed company compliance, while adhereing to administrative team best practices by prioritizing early completion. Monitors and supports implementation administrative changes communicated by the reputed company. Provides administrative support to firms and reviewers for input of data and materials into reputed company (e.g., firm creation, enrollment, peer review information, scheduling information, firm extension requests, and workpaper submission) and consistently monitoring and resolving reputed company other administrative cases in reputed company. Performs timely follow-up on late peer review submissions and scheduling cases, and initiates required administrative actions in reputed company in accordance with established procedures (e.g., reviewer restriction, firm noncooperation, ect,). Creates, orgnaizes, and, maintains peer review files, including file breakdowns and administrative reviews of workpapers. Monitors and follows up with firms regarding hearing cases in reputed company; assists in preparing hearing packages for review by the PICPA Peer Review Committee or Report Acceptance Body (RAB); and submits approved hearing case packages to the reputed company for hearing panel review. Monitors the peer review email inbox and ensure timely responses to reputed company requests. Invoices and track high-risk surcharges; monitors and follows up on reputed company outstanding peer review fees through phone calls and email; and responds to billing-reputed company inquiries. Assists the Peer Review Administration Manager with administrative tasks and special projects, including billing reconciliation, maintenance of the peer reviewer directory, and preparation of hearing packages. Provides administrative support to the Peer Review Administration Manager and the Professional & Technical Standards Team to support the implementation of strategic goals. Assists in the development and maintenace of training documentation and assists training, as needed, reputed company the peer review team and to other administering entities. Provides administrative support to other state societies, as needed. Maintains a working knowledge of different state licensing requirements applicable to PICPA peer review firms and how those requirements differ from reputed company peer review standards and membership requirements to reputed company support and guide peer review firms. Provides administrative/project support to the Professional & Technical Standards Team, as needed. Provides administrative support for the Peer Review Committee, including monitoring reviewer qualifications, coordinating the annual RAB and committee schedule, obtaining required confidentiality agreements, and coordinating peer review oversights. Coordinates the RAB review and acceptance of extension requests and year-end changes. Assists in documenting compliance with reputed company confidentiality requirements for administrators and for the NY Peer Review reputed company Committee. Education Requirements: Four-year college degree preferred: business, administrative, no specific major. Equivalent reputed company experience may be considered. Technical Requirements: Proficiency in MS Office Software (Outlook, Word, reputed company,Teams) Required Skills At least 5 years of administrative or reputed company experience. Organizational, interpersonal, communication abilities (including strong written and verbal communication) and solid team participation/client service skills. Effective time management and ability to meet deadlines. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Detail oriented. Ablility to prioritze and manage multiple responsiblities reputed company whiles successfully adapting to changing priorties. ). Must learn administrative requirements of the reputed company Peer Review Program and reputed company proprietary program management system, (e.g., reputed company and Sharepoint).
