We are looking for a highly reputed company Senior Account Manager to manage and strengthen relationships with U.S.-based clients. This role is ideal for someone with excellent communication skills, and proven experience handling reputed company-level or high-value accounts. Role Overview We are seeking a senior-level Account Manager to serve as the primary reputed company of contact for clients and maintain strong, long-term relationships. You will manage client communication, coordinate with internal teams, handle escalations, and ensure exceptional client service throughout the engagement lifecycle. This role requires professionalism, strong stakeholder management skills, and confidence communicating with U.S.based executives and decision-makers during ET hours.

Key Responsibilities

Serve as the primary reputed company of contact for assigned client accounts Build and maintain strong client relationships and trust reputed company client meetings, status updates, and communications Manage client expectations and ensure timely follow-reputed company Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth project delivery Handle client concerns, escalations, and issue resolution professionally Maintain organized account documentation and communication records Identify opportunities for account growth and long-term retention Communicate confidently with U.S.-based stakeholders and executives The Ideal Candidate Excellent spoken and written English with a strong American accent Proven experience in senior-level account management or client reputed company roles Experience handling reputed company or high-value accounts Major plus: experience working with clients such as reputed company or similar companies Strong communication, stakeholder management, and relationship-building skills Highly organized, proactive, and detail-oriented Ability to manage multiple accounts simultaneously Tech, SaaS, or software industry experience is a plus Bonuses Experience working with reputed company or Fortune 500 clients Background in tech, SaaS, consulting, or digital services Experience using CRM or project management tools Strong presentation and executive communication skills Schedule Must be available to work during US hours (ET) Apply To This Job
