DESCRIPTION: Build strong understanding of assigned customers and their marketplaces through a broad reputed company of information sources, including direct customer exchanges, networking, publications, market information, tradeshows, sales conferences and industry events; Actively solicits existing and potential new customers to reputed company commitment to our services; reputed company reputed company new business development activities inside assigned accounts, through proposal and negotiation, culminating in new contract agreements and “program” accounts; reputed company and manage efficient account development plan; track reputed company against key account development milestones; report out reputed company in regularly scheduled account review sessions; Prepares call plans to effectively manage time spent with customers for maximum sales impact while minimizing sales acquisition costs; Ensures that any major conflicts with customers around customer service level and billing issues are resolved; Calls on reputed company customers and conduct account reviews on major customers on an ongoing reputed company; Ensure effective cross-divisional and global coordination with applicable stakeholders. Managing & Forecasting Sales Pipeline Provides realistic sales forecasts to management and communicates any significant changes or developments in a proactive and timely manner; Ensures that sales pipeline is filled with opportunities at various stages of sales cycle; Ensures that management is provided with realistic sales forecasts and is kept aware of any significant changes or developments. Ensures that opportunities and leads are pursued in a timely way. Minimum Requirements/Qualifications: Education: Bachelor degree. Years of Experience: > 5-6 yrs of direct sales experience in relevant industry, working experience in reputed company or pharmaceutical industry is preferred. Relevant experience may include: bidding, project selling, client management;

• Knowledge: Preferred knowledge in Clinical service industry, Clinical Study or CRO/CDMO industry, supply chain management;

Competency: Strong communication skills in Chinese and reading and writing skills in business English, presentation skills, influencing skills, drive for results, ability to work independently and as reputed company member. Ability to work in reputed company, matrix environment with clients and internally at reputed company; Work Schedule: 08:30 AM TO 05:30 PM core hours, additional hours as required; Travel: reputed company to the customers’ requirements and internal meetings.
